Kees Duivestein

has been working on leadership, strategy and organization for more than 25 years now. As a (general) manager until 2003, since then by management consultancy, co-management, and related training & coaching.

Founder -among other businesses- of Coaching Class and worked and learned as a manager at Ernst & Young Consulting. Academically educated (MSc) and maintained his profession as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Order of Experts and Consultants Organization (OOA) in the Netherlands, and still participating in the Dutch Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI), section Management.

At the moment Kees Duivestein is conducting change management assignments as consultant and project manager, and coaching top executives in especially Medium-sized Enterprises. Even last year he conducted a EU-funded market entry project, together with Christian Putzer. Now he is also part time Expert on Disruptive Innovation & (Smart) Mobility Topics for the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) of teh European Commission, evaluating and reviewing business plan proposals.

Coaching Class was founded in 2005 by four advisors / trainers who faced directors, managers, leaders who recognized that making people and organizations effective is not always an easy task. Coaching Class has become an organization that plays an important role for management in improving skills and thus performance.
